You CAN run in heels, but it has to be the right kind. Stilettos are a no-go. Aim for a chunkier heel and ideally a bit of flexibility in the sole.
That said, you can always just take off your shoes and use a nice, spiky heel to “destroy the brain”.
Oh, also, to counteract the greenish tinge to your rotting flesh, you’ll want a rosy tint to your base to even out and liven up skin tone.
