I like him a lot now. Can we keep him as a character?

He has redeamed himself in right and ravange. This man is now very undead, how is his girlfriend by the way?

My guess: frozen in horror.

You know, I really wanted to keep him as a character, too! ….but I can’t, unfortunately. If you go back and re-read the strips he’s been in, I think you’ll discover why.

She could totally bite him at the last minute and he could become a zombie with just enough intelligence to kick her every so often.

See, I don’t think it would work. He’s already dead. …and he has no heart to carry a blood-borne pathogen to his brain. If the infection can’t reach the brain, there’s just no viable way for it to take hold and reanimate the corpse. Look at me – I’m establishing my zombie canon!
